Welcome to StarrStruck Studio & Gallery. I hope my paintings will reach a piece of you that brings up a memory, a feeling, a desire, a spark in your soul.
For twenty years, I was a stay at home mom, raising 5 children. I put my heart and soul into every moment with my children. When my youngest two girls left for college in 2019, I began to “spin out’ and felt completely lost, as if my purpose had been served and I had completed my task.
In April of 2022, my husband, Paul, and I were in New York. Although I had visited The Modern Museum of Art many times, this visit consumed me. The moment I entered, I was overcome with peace and creativity. I felt as if God was telling me, “I’m not done with you yet.”
I had never picked up a paint brush in my life, but upon returning home to Texas, I purchased canvas, paint and brushes and began to create. The moment I entered, I was overcome with peace and creativity. I felt as if God was telling me, “I’m not done with you yet.”

I began to dream in color. My life became a series of brush strokes, vivid dreams and beautiful visions, which I put into a canvas. Within a few years, I had taken over every inch of my home with color. My husband encouraged me to share with the world, not just my social media followers.
That is how my Studio Gallery came to be.
My husband’s belief in me and his love for all that I create.
My wish is that you can take a piece of yourself and feel it in my art. I want to unlock a piece of your soul, maybe that’s been hiding for a long time. I hope to share my love and adventure with each one of you.
Life is one big canvas and it’s ours to create every single day.
Much love,
